Paolino  Mr. Paolino has a broad range of experience in
working with middle market manufacturing companies. He began his career in marketing and sales with manufacturers of plastics injection molding and measurement equipment and moved on to publicly held Bendix Corporation as Director of Marketing and Sales of its Automation and Measurement division. He assumed General Manager responsibility with the Measurement Systems Group of Brown & Sharpe and was instrumental in the growth of the measurement system products in the international market, particularly in Eastern Europe. In 1997, Mr. Paolino assumed CEO responsibility with privately owned Dynisco, Inc., a $140 million multinational manufacturer of components for the plastics industry. Mr. Paolino assisted the owners in a successful sale of the business to a leading private equity group in 2001. Most recently, Mr. Paolino was the President and CEO of Boston Retail, an international manufacturer of fixtures for the retail store market.
