Manchester

Mr.
Manchester is a principal and founding member of Management Capital. He
began his private equity career when he joined Narragansett Capital
Corporation, a publicly traded venture capital firm. From that time until
the sale of Narragansett’s assets he served as an analyst, vice president,
president and a director of Narragansett, and subsequently as a general
partner of two investment funds.
He was active in locating
potential investment opportunities, investigating promising candidates,
closing transactions, working with companies in which he invested, and in
executing appropriate exits from investments.
In 2002, Mr.
Manchester, Mr. Humphreys and Mr. Cerce formed Management Capital. He
serves and has served as a member of the board of directors of many
companies in which he was invested and for several years was a member of
the Board of Governors of the National Association of Small Business
Investment Companies.
Mr. Manchester is a magna cum laude graduate
of Boston University, and earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of
Business Administration at Dartmouth
College.
