WHITE SYSTEMS APPOINTS VP OF CUSTOMER
SERVICE AND SUPPORT FOR IMMEDIATE
RELEASE KENILWORTH, N.J. (January 3, 2006): White Systems, Inc., a global leader in carousel technology, is pleased to announce its appointment of Mr. Charles J. Scagliozzi to Vice President of Customer Service and Support. Mr. Scagliozzi has over 30 years of experience in the Customer Service and Support area, including 25 years of increasing management experience. He began his career at Apollo Technologies, a privately held specialty chemicals company, as an Applications Engineer. During his 12 year tenure with Apollo, he progressed through the organization to become Director, Applications Engineering, having responsibility for mechanical service, installation and product efficacy demonstration. In 1985, he joined White Systems as Director of Field Service, a new position created to develop White's aftermarket capabilities and revenues. During the ensuing 20 years, the aftermarket business has grown to be an integral segment of White's business. During his 20 year tenure at White Systems, he has also managed the Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations areas in addition to his leadership role in Customer Service and Support. Mr. Scagliozzi holds a BS, Chemical Engineering, NJIT and Graduate courses in Business Management at FDU.
