WHITE SYSTEMS' MOBILE INVENTORY MODULE A HIT AT SIL 2005 
 

KENILWORTH, N.J. (May 20, 2005): White Systems, Inc.,
(www.whitesystems.com), a global leader in carousel technology, announces the introduction of its Mobile Inventory Module to the European marketplace. Dubbed the MegaForce Mobile Container by White's partner in Spain, ET Systems (www.etsystems.es), the technology immediately attracted the interest of the European military.

"The MegaForce mobile container, an European exclusive of ET Systems, was exhibited for the first time during the 2005 'Salon International Logistiva' of Barcelona. In the ICIL designated warehousing exhibition area, ET Systems representatives explained the characteristics of the container unit, which was invented by White Systems together with the American military. ET Systems arranged to introduce the concept to the European military by bringing the demonstration unit directly from a military fair in San Diego to Barcelona. The Spanish Armed Forces were most interested in learning about the MegaForce."

The Mobile Inventory Module is a rugged automated storage and retrieval system for deployment of supplies in remote locations. It consists of an electrically powered, specially designed horizontal carousel that fits and secures inside a 20 by 8 by 8 1/2 foot, ISO/ICC, double door, full-side-access container.

The unit is designed for transport by land, sea, or air and can be shipped prestocked with food, medications, spare parts, etc.
