Richard
Bearse Mr.
Bearse brings many years of experience managing, investing in and advising
small- to medium-sized industrial and distribution companies. Throughout
his career Mr. Bearse has had extensive experience with building
management teams. Most recently, Mr. Bearse was CEO and Chairman of Beacon
Industrial Group, a firm that invests in filtration and allied businesses.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President of United Dominion Industries
Limited where he was responsible for strategic acquisitions and
dispositions for all of United Dominion’s business lines. Mr. Bearse joined United Dominion upon its acquisition of Flair Corp., a publicly traded manufacturer of compressed air and gas purification equipment, of which he was President and CEO. Prior to Flair, Mr. Bearse was co-founder with Mr. Humphreys of Lincoln Group, Inc., a multinational manufacturer of coated cloth, paper and film products with annual sales of $200 million. Mr. Bearse also served as the President of Arkwright, Inc., a manufacturer of film reprographic products, and in various positions with Alcoa, B.F. Goodrich, Westinghouse and Munsingwear.
