Hayes  Mr. Hayes background is both broad and deep in all areas of
business. He has extensive operations experience in a number of industries
including paper, food processing, coating and converting and filtration
components and equipment. Mr. Hayes has been general manager for the
operations of large multinational manufacturers such as Avery Dennison.
Mr. Hayes served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the
Lincoln Group, a $200 million manufacturer of coated cloth and paper
products where he worked closely with Mr. Bearse and Mr. Humphreys. He has
been the President of Flair Corporation, a $250 million manufacturer of
filtration and dehumidification equipment serving the compressed air
industry. He was instrumental along with Mr. Bearse in the sale of Flair
to United Dominion Industries, a publicly traded diversified manufacturer.
He is the President of Beacon Manufacturing, a multinational manufacturer
of filtration equipment serving the textile and defense markets. Mr. Hayes
has been directly involved in over 40 acquisitions in his business
